Everyone is welcome to join us in our next round of classes. All levels welcome.
Members - $10 (unlimited classes)
Non-Members - 1 class=$50, 2+ classes=$60.
Fit 'n Flex Class - $20/month for all
Monday
5:30AM - Kettlebell
Kettlebell swinging to strength and conditioning
9:00AM - Fit 'n Flex
5:30PM - Pilates Mat & Stretching.
For beginner to advanced, we can modify many of the exercises to make it easier or harder for each individual.
Tuesday
5:30AM - Exercise Ball & Yoga
Exercise ball workouts ending class with yoga
9:00AM - Fit 'n Flex
Wednesday
9:00AM - Fit 'n Flex
Thursday
5:30AM - HITT, CrossFit, Stretching/Yoga
We will do some outside activities mixed with inside activities as it becomes colder. This will be a high impact class with a lot of jumping, running, and other intervals to increase heart rate. I will also incorporate some yoga and stretching.
9:00AM - Fit 'n Flex
5:45PM - Cross Training
A class that can be modified to any level of fitness. Just come check it out!
Friday
5:30AM - Bootcamp
This class will be a high energy class with a variety of strength and conditioning, cardio intervals, and end with stretching.
Gift certificates for any of these classes also available.
